The ripples of the 2021 Pandora Papers scandal continue to spread, as multiple countries leverage the leaked information to recover unpaid taxes. Starting from June 5, 2023, the UK’s HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) began sending letters (see attached example) to British taxpayers suspected of evading taxes in offshore jurisdictions.
