Residence By Investment (RBI) Programs
Latvia currently offers RBI programs where applicants can apply for a passport after residing for 4 years within a 5-year visa period. Latvia provides four RBI options:

- €250,000 investment in real estate
- One-time government fee of 5% of property value
- Bank Share Investment
- €280,000 investment in local bank equity
- One-time government fee of €25,000
- Business Investment
- €50,000 investment in local business equity
- Business must pay minimum annual tax of €40,000
- One-time government fee of €10,000
- Government Bond Investment
- €250,000 investment in interest-free bonds
- One-time government fee of €38,000
