- A minimum donation of $100,000 to the National Development Fund; or
- Investment of at least $200,000 in government-approved real estate projects, held for a minimum of 5 years; or
- Acquisition of a qualifying business worth at least $1.5 million, or joint investment in a business worth at least $5 million with other applicants, with each person investing no less than $400,000; or
- A donation of at least $150,000 to the University of West Indies.
